Take the Circle of Life's 5 Test.
Start at the center of the circle (print Circle) & working your way to the outer edge, fill in one bar with every "yes" answer and do nothing if answer is "no".
After completing all questions in each area of Life's 5 evaluate how balanced and full you are. Bring your test in to a Life's 5 coach to guide you and create a plan of wellness in one or all 5 areas.
How is your Nutritional Wellness?
1. Do you sit down for meals and take a break from work?
2. You rarely skip meals?
3. You don’t eat at least 2 hours prior to going to bed?
4. You rarely feel “stuffed” after a meal?
5. Do you eat a nutritious breakfast?
6. Your snack foods are rarely processed, artificial, or full of sugar? Example: candy, chips, ice cream, cookies, or high starch or carbohydrates.
7. You usually read food labels?
8. Do you eat a variety of health foods? Included would be: organic, no nitrate/nitrites, no MSG, no high fructose corn syrup, no antibiotics or hormones?
9. Do you drink 6-8 glasses of water per day?
10. You seldom or rarely drink soda?
11. Your biggest meal of the day is breakfast? Eat breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince and Dinner like a Pauper.
