Feb. 4th-       TRX Suspension Training

                        Suspension training is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercises that safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at the intensity you choose.  Performed with sections of Cardio, this workout will increase your maximum heart rate and decrease your resting heart rate and recovery rate.

Feb. 11th -     All About Abdominals
Your core is the center.  A strong core is important for everyday activities, balance and stability.  Core strength training not only works all of the abdominal muscles but also the muscles in the hips and back and trains them to work and function together.  The American Council on Exercise writes that most people have a strength imbalance between the lower back and abdominals.  This abdominal workout will help build even strength throughout the core and reduce these types of muscular imbalances and create coordination between them.  

Feb. 18th -    Circuit Workout (Boot camp style)

We will begin with a warm up to get our muscles, bones and mind ready for training.  Then pick a station.  We will rotate from station to station focusing on muscular strength and endurance with bouts of cardio throughout. Great Circuit Training, heart pumping, muscle forming, strength gaining! Great Workout for Fast Results! 

Feb. 25th-     Cardio

This will make you sweat!  Reach your aerobic and at times your anaerobic state.   Burn those calories, increase your heart rate and increase your metabolism.  Regular aerobic exercise can prevent the so-called "lifestyle" diseases: obesity, heart disease, stroke, hypertension, adult-onset diabetes and cancer. We will move and have Fun!
