I first got into fitness while enlisted in the Marine Corps. After I graduated high school I went into the Marine Corps. While on my first deployment to Iraq I started lifting weights because I wanted to see what I could do in seven months. Before long I was hooked on working out and following correct nutrition to reach my goals. Friends of mine started asking me if I would train them to help them reach their goals. I started training my friends and decided I should become certified to be a trainer. Before getting out of the Marine Corps I got certified to be a personal trainer through the International Sports Science Association. September 2010 I got out of the Marine Corps and I began personal training. Whatever your fitness goals are you can achieve them. I am living proof of that. When I first started lifting I was a skinny 160 pound guy. After three years of lifting and proper nutrition I added 90 pounds of lean mass onto my body. Not everyone’s goal is muscle gain, but whatever your fitness goal you can reach it with hard work and dedication. I specialize in weight loss, toning, sculpting, circuit training, strength training, and lean muscle gain. Whatever your goal is I can help you reach it. |
