Life's 5 was founded in 2007 to address balanced living in 5 areas of life: Nutrition, Exercise, Emotional Wellbeing, Financial Stability & Faith as a Healthy and Complete life. 

STRENGTH Fitness & Wellness is the Fitness Training and Nutritional Wellness area of the company.   

 

Nothing's more important than good health. For a complete well designed exercise program five components of fitness should be included which are:  Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength & Muscular Endurance, Flexibility along with Balance & Body Composition.  With all of these addressed you will become healthy and strong.
